How do our dreams work with puns?
Celeste grabbed her friend by his shoulder.
“Listen Ted, I had a dream last night.”
“Okay. Tell me.”
“In the dream I first see a Teepee then I see a wigwam.
It happens over and over again.”
Ted looked at Celsete with a lop-sided grin.
“Right. You got two tents.”
Ted laughed. “And it seem you get too tense over and over again.”
One of my students told me this joke to show she gets it.
Sometimes we need a bit of laughter in our lives. Our dreams
will give us what we need...if we pay attention.
