I DON'T DREAM...DID YOU KNOW?

Just in case you say you don't dream, let me point out that you are well onto the path of insanity.  What you mean is you don't choose to rememeber your dreams.

People choose not to remember their dreams because….

People are exposed constantly to advertisements, radio and TV shows, and all sorts of electronic messages that affect their own systems.  Often times our minds are too busy cleaning away all of the junk from our brains that clear dreams are difficult to get.

Some people are so concerned with being perfect they don't think they are dreaming right—they hear, or sense them rather than seeing them, so ignore them.

When people have recurring dreams or nightmares that are frightening they can refuse to remember them.

We can use our dreams however we choose: ignore them, let them tell our fortune, or learn how to use them to consciously change our future.

DID YOU KNOW?

When your brain is in active theta waves it means the rational cortex that develops logical, rational, deductive, and judgmental thoughts in your brain's left side is relaxed.  That allows the right, or intuitive, side of your brain that can see the entire situation at hand work on some issue to provide an inspirational and creative resolution not known by the left side.  Sleeping on a problem often does bring a superior result or resolution.

BRAIN WAVE ACTIVITY:

BETA—AWAKE

ALPHA—TWILIGHT—STAGE 1

                                            STAGE 2

                           SLEEP—STAGE 3

THEDA—RAS & REM- STAGE 1

                                           STAGE 2

                                           STAGE 3

DELTA—RECUPERATION, REBALANCING, HEALING

When awake, people experience Beta brain rhythms.  As they begin to sleep__going into twilight__they experience the first stage of Alpha.  Real sleep occurs after the last stage of Alpha that merges into Theta where dreaming begins.
